Abstract

In order to calculate and evaluate qualitative data in parallel with the structure of scientific knowledge the representation of the bits in the data is expanded and these representations are scored as -1, 0, 1. This article is a structured statistics study which is performed to allow information calculations and to assess the scores acquired in negative phases independently from the scores acquired in positive phases. This statistic constitutes a candidate statistical method which is needed to overcome one of the barriers in education and to realize the operation of machines that are able to think.
